CONTINUOUS LAMP OPERATION WITH THE HIGHEST OPERATING SAFETY

The Pantec UV controller series defines a new quality standard in the digital UV controlling area. The devices are based on a frequency converter platform that has been implemented thousands of times, and thus captivate through the highest operating safety.

ENERGY SAVINGS UP TO 70%

The continuous regulation of the output performance enables the operation of lamps starting at 15% of rated capacity. Combined with a quick switch between minimal and maximum performance (approx. 6 mS), which can be used with semi-rotary or circular machines to switch the UV power to minimum during the "channel phase" of the printing cylinder, energy savings of up to 70% can be achieved. This is not only good for operating costs, but also for the CO2 balance.
